RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICIES

Since we are a small Inn, cancellations and rescheduling effect us significantly.
A Cancellation received more than 15 days prior to arrival date is charged 5% of entire stay.
Cancellations received 15 days or less from arrival date, fee is 5% of entire stay or the deposit is forfeit. Whichever is more.
All changes made to reservations are made depending on availability. Your first change of dates is free. All further changes will have a fee of $50.
A no call/no show reservation; the guest is responsible for the entire stay

All packages are non refundable.

Two night minimum stay over Saturday night, may apply. All rates are for single or double occupancy.

We accept: Visa/Master Card, DISCOVER, Amex, cash and travelers checks.

We do not offer AARP or military discounts.

TIDBITS

Check in time is between 3PM and 6PM (this is not set in stone, just let us know if you need to check in a little earlier, or if you are going to be arriving late)

Check out time is 11AM. (Due to the fact that we want to be flexible on check-in time, we cannot usually offer late departure times)

We love all furry creatures, but unfortunately we cannot provide accommodations for your beloved pets.

We also love children, but for romantic purposes, we cannot accommodate any young ones under the age of sixteen.

Two's cozy, three's a crowd. Sorry no rollaways, occupancy is no more than two persons per room.
