Your choice of one of the following: a) Magnificent Nurturing Massage - Gentle Swedish style massage. Designed to improve circulation and eliminate tension and stress leaving you feeling soothed, relaxed and renewed. b) Deep Healing Body Work - slow deep pressure manipulations which release chronic patterns of tension and pain. c) Hawaiian Lomi Massage - Lomi strokes are long, fluid and flowing using forearms as an estension of the hands. Lomi is a feeling, an experience and it comes from the soul. d) Sedona Healing Stones - Penetrating heat from smooth stones are used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Also choose one of the following Facial Techniques: a) Essential Aroma Facial - Exquisite revitalizing and relaxing facial designed for your specific skin care needs. b) Thai Honey Facial - Soothing refreshing treatment excellent for environmentally stressed skin. A soothing honey rose water solution is massaged into the skin. And a choice of either a Tranquility Body Wrap or a Gentle Grains Body Polish.
